About us

Spreds operates an online platform used for crowdfunding and the management of stakeholders.
As a crowdfunding service provider, Spreds is the first Belgian provider to receive a license from the FSMA. It organizes fundraising campaigns for both start-ups and scale-ups, looking for equity or debt funding. It allows private companies to reach a large audience and investors to have access to a large pipeline of investment opportunities.
Through its online platform, Spreds also helps companies and associations in Belgium and Europe have any sort of formal meeting (of shareholders, boards, co-owners…) and it helps with the management of stakeholders, through an SPV (= Special Purpose Vehicle).


We are looking for…

We are looking for a driven person who wants to experience being at the forefront of fundraisings and having the opportunity to grow and gain experience in a a fast-paced environment. 
You will have direct client contact and work on business management, supplemented with legal review work for which you will receive ample training. The focus is on client availability and quality of the work.



As account manager in the legal department, you:

  • will manage routine files independently: acceptation of new clients, follow-up actions for existing clients, …;
  • liaise between the different departments within Spreds and be in direct contact with the clients;
  • will be jointly responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the legal department.


About you

  •  have a Belgian bachelor’s degree (ideally in business management) or you have relevant professional experience;
  •  are fluent in Dutch and/or French and have professional working proficiency in English;
  •  are fluent in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  •  have strong organizational abilities;
  •  have an eye for detail:
  •  enjoy a fast-paced environment (deal well with changes in deadlines, priorities, procedures);
  •  have strong communication skills;
  •  take initiative and are hands on.
