Due to the high intensity and strong stimulus-response reaction of the body to this type of training, the optimum frequency is training once a week. We are currently operating in 5 studios in Brussels, Gent and Antwerp with a 6th one to be opened soon in Limburg. The plan is to develop a network of 150 studios across Belgium and Luxembourg, including self-owned or managed by franchisees in a public area and in-company environments.
We are raising capital to expand the operations across Belgium and Luxembourg. Our current master franchise licence does not extend beyond this territory.
The fit20 training method, its house style elements and specific coach training programmes are described and documented holding exclusive copy rights with the fit20 main franchise giver in The Netherlands.
