However we keep on beating this projection, month after month since January with a monthly growth of 20%.
Our business model is simple: it is free for students. The companies pay us a monthly success fee that amount varies depending on whether the student will work part-time or full-time.
We don't have heavy fixed cost. Our variable costs are mainly staff costs. We could be profitable in less than 2 months without external investment.However, to respond to our clients' growing demand and to capture the economies of scale, we have to extend our capacity to deliver. To do so, we will progressively grow the team and invest in marketing.
