The capital increase in which Spreds Finance will participate with other investors fits into a broader financing of TwinnTax planned to be between EUR 150,000 and EUR 600,000. This financing can be broken down as follows:
- Between minimum EUR 50,000 and EUR 300,000 (depending on the result of the issue of the Notes) shall be contributed by Spreds Finance in a capital increase of between EUR 150,000 and EUR 600,000 at a pre-money valuation of EUR 1,400,000.
- Between EUR 75,000 and EUR 550,000 shall be contributed by others investors (e.g. business angels, …) at a pre-money valuation of EUR 1,400,000.
Prior to the Capital Increase, TwinnTax has been valued at EUR 1,400,000. The value of TwinnTax following the Capital Increase can be estimated between EUR 1,550,000 and EUR 2,000,000, i.e. the pre-money valuation of TwinnTax increased by the amount of EUR 150,000 to EUR 600,000 contributed in the Capital Increase.
