Henri is both a business man and a food addict. After his master degree in Digital Marketing @IHECS, he participated in the creation of a new restaurant brand and managed one of its most important restaurant. This experience finished to convince him that entrepreneurship is definitely what he is good at.

Elodie will bring her knowledge of food from her studies in dietetics. She also had the chance to travel a lot as a tourist guide which gave her skills in sales and public relations. She took part in the very first days of this new project and has a strong will of making it a success story.
