Frequently Asked Questions

What return can I hope for when I invest in a project?

The return can come from three sources:

  1. Interest on loans: The interest is paid periodically depending on the loan agreement set between Spreds Finance S.A. and the financed company.

  2. Dividends when taking a participation in the capital: These dividends may be paid out every year by the company. However, at the start of their activities, the profits earned by companies are generally reinvested in the company entirely to support its growth.

  3. Capital gains on participations in the capital: When all or part of the shares in the company are sold to a third party purchaser.

When you take a participation in the capital, it is difficult to estimate in advance what return you will finally receive.
