How can I declare my Tax Shelter investment?

When you file your tax return, you can declare the amount invested in Tax Shelter in the X.G.1/2/3 box.

The X Box is linked to the expenses that are eligible for tax reductions. Box G relates to payments entitling you to a tax reduction for the acquisition of new shares or shares in new companies companies. The following sub-items are linked to three types of situations:

  • 1: Payments entitling to the 30% tax reduction.
  • 2 : Payments giving right to the 45% tax reduction.
  • 3: Reversal of the tax reduction actually obtained previously
