Frequently Asked Questions

What is a withdrawal right and how do I exercise it?

By subscribing to a Tracer or to Participatory Notes online through the Spreds platform, a remote contractual relationship is concluded between you and Spreds (“distance contract for financial services”).

Pursuant to consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 days from the conclusion of the contract without penalty and without giving any reason.

However, please note that the acceptance of the Terms and Conditions relating to the issuance of Participatory Notes entails an express request for the application of the exception set out in Article VI.58 §2 2° of the Code of Economic Law. In practical terms, this means that you can no longer exercise your withdrawal right once the Participatory Notes have been issued (the date of issuance is the date of formalisation of the contribution by Spreds Finance by a notarial deed).

Exercise your revocation right.
