Every investment decision must be based on an examination of an exhaustive set of information provided by the entrepreneur on his online profile. Spreds only proceeds to a limited verification of these information and does not control the investment opportunity within this company. Note that the underlying company, Global Excellence Premium Securization S.A. (Compartment IRIS), will only accept investments in tranches of 50,000 EUR, which means that the investments by Spreds Finance need to be a multiple of those tranches. As a result, should the total subscription amount not be a multiple of such tranches, then the subscriptions will be canceled and reimbursed starting with the last subscriptions.
