The final Mezzanine Loan will be granted to Queen's View Croisette SAS, the French equivalent of a Belgian SPV, which will obtain bank & mezzanine financing in order to develop the Queen's View project.

VH Group is doing a powerful sales and marketing campaign.
In March 2018, the Queen's View project was at the MIPIM which is the world's leading property market gathering about 24k international property professionals. It consists of a 4-day real estate exhibition, conference and networking event.

The Queen's View project is also being exposed on billboards at the entrance of the nearby Carlton Hotel and at the Nice international airport.

Distribution strategy

John Taylor is specialised in the sale, rental and management of luxury real estate since 1864. Their offices are located close to Le Relais de la Reine.

Partners such as John Taylor and other high-end agencies will boost the distribution of the apartments.

Internationalisation strategy

In addition, the Queen's View residential project will be distributed internationally by Savills.
