Sizable is a high quality, ecofriendly bodywear brand for men with a core focus on Comfort, Quality and Sustainability. Driven by “Ecolonomy” (ecology + economy), we aim at providing people with greater Confidence, addictive Comfort and greener Citizenship.

Comfort
We want to offer an addictive comfortable bodywear for men to stay confident in every condition. Our underwear is made of natural fabric such as Eucalyptus, Bamboo and Bio-cotton. The unique properties of these natural fibers will give men more softness, better ventilation, moisture absorbent and anti-allergenic underwear.We understand that every body is different and therefore have designed our undershirt in such way that they offer the perfect fit for each body type.
Quality
We source the best fibers of nature to offer the best comfort to men. We use innovative fabrics and blends, based on extensive research to find the most appropriate composition for each product. We work together with high-end manufacturers in Europe only. They guarantee that production is eco-friendly and produced in the best conditions, both for man and nature.
Sustainability
Conventional textiles are very damaging to the environment due to the excessive use of water, fertilisers and pesticides in the production. The negative impact here on humans and the environment is enormous. Sizable is convinced that natural fibers such as Bamboo and Eucalyptus are the fabric of the future. The unique properties of these natural fibers combined with the durability provide a perfect alternative to traditional textiles.

Our solution is offering an addictive comfortable bodywear for men to stay confident in every condition.

· Every body is different and we have therefore designed our undershirts in such way that they offer the perfect fit for each body type.
· By using natural fibers, our underwear are twice as much absorbent and anti-allergenic.
· Our undershirt are invisible under light coloured shirts.

· The structure of our fibers are stronger then traditional fabric· All our products are proudly made in Europe. Our partners guarantee that production is eco-friendly and produced in the best conditions, both for man and nature.

Marketing strategy

The company's marketing communication plan is diverse and includes a range of activities:
• Social Media: posts are issued to both Facebook and Instagram to raise awareness of the products and drive the community to the online store. We also plan to use Youtube to broadcasts our commercials.
• Trade shows: company representatives will attend and participate in several trade shows such as Le Salon de Lingerie in Paris and Lingerie Pro in Antwerp.
• Internet: Sizable plans to improve its online presence on the Internet by adapting the current structure to be quicker and more effective on sales conversions. SEO/SEA campaigns will also be put into place.

Distribution strategy

Sizable combines direct sales force, retailers, and the Internet to reach its markets. These channels are most appropriate because of time to market, reduced capital requirements, and fast access to established distribution channels. Distribution to reach our end-customers is then evenly achieved between online and offline channels:
+ Online: we have an E-commerce shopping platform that we integrated with Woo-commerce on our website. Distribution is then ensured by Shopwedo by shipping orders directly to the customers' houses.
+ Offline: we have developed some strong partnerships with more than 20 multi-brand high-end fashion stores all around in Belgium. We are now reinforcing those partnerships and building new ones, in BENELUX, France, UK and Nordics to intensify our presence in physical stores.

Internationalisation strategy

We are looking for experts with men's apparel experience in the following region (NELUX, UK, France) that will help us develop the retail market. Working with an E-commerce strategist will help us drive customers from (FR, NELUX, UK and Nordic countries) to our online store.
