Dexr’s growth is built on a scalable SaaS foundation with strong recurring revenue and an expanding community of educators and organizations. With nearly 700users and accelerating adoption across vocational and higher education, Dexr is positioned to convert this traction into sustainable, predictable revenue growth.
Revenue Projections
After its commercial launch in Q2 2024, Dexr achieved €260,000 in revenue year-to-date. With continued platform adoption and expansion into new markets, Dexr projects:
2026: € 590.000
2027: € 2,1 million
2028: € 3,1 million
2029: € 4,6 million
This growth will be driven by recurring SaaS subscriptions, premium content sales, and the introduction of Dexr’s marketplace model for immersive lessons.
Pricing Model
Dexr generates revenue through four complementary streams designed to scale with usage and community growth:
Subscriptions – Tiered annual plans for K12 (€990/year), Higher Education (€1,990/year), and Industry (€3,990/year). Plans scale with the number of creators and learners, ensuring affordability for schools and scalability for enterprises.
Usage-Based Credits – A credits system gives access to AI-assisted lesson creation and premium community content, while rewarding contributors for publishing high-quality lessons.
Learning Module Packages – Custom immersive lesson packages for organizations needing tailored training content: Starter (€2499), Standard (€4999), and Enterprise (custom pricing).
Marketplace Model – A shared-revenue marketplace where expert educators can sell immersive lessons, expanding the content library and driving community engagement.
Use of Funds
Funds will be allocated as follows:
Sales & Marketing – 33% Build commercial traction through outbound sales, event participation, and marketing campaigns that drive brand visibility and lead generation.
Customer Success – 18% Strengthen onboarding, education, and community-building programs to ensure adoption, retention, and user satisfaction.
Research & Development – 32% Expand the Dexr platform with advanced AI capabilities for improved content creation and enhanced publishing flows for community-generated lessons. This work is supported by a follow-up VLAIO “ontwikkelingsproject” subsidy, building on Dexr’s earlier successful VLAIO project. The new subsidy will co-fund key R&D milestones. It has already been submitted and is expected to be approved by December 2025.
Infrastructure – 7% Support platform scalability, hosting, and integration of AI infrastructure to ensure reliability and performance as the user base grows.
Administrative Costs – 10% Cover general operational expenses, overhead, and business development support to sustain growth and investor reporting.
This balanced allocation ensures Dexr continues to scale commercially while maintaining technical excellence, user satisfaction, and product innovation, transforming it into a self-sustaining, community-driven ecosystem for immersive learning.
