Finances

Since its launch in early 2025, JUZU has validated its concept in the market with faster-than-expected growth and national distribution in its first year. This momentum is reflected in our financial plan, which translates market opportunity into a clear, ambitious, and realistic trajectory.

Development strategy

Our strategy is based on three pillars:

  1. Expansion of the range: from one initial flavor (Tropical Fruit) to three flavors by the end of 2025 (with Peach-Jasmine and Orange-Yuzu-Ginger launching soon). Other flavors will be regularly offered and tested.
  2. Acceleration of distribution: strengthening our national presence in Belgium (potential of 800 Carrefour stores + other large retail chains) and rapidly opening up the French and Dutch markets.
  3. Multichannel development: stimulating e-commerce and direct B2C, while activating the foodservice channel.

On this basis, our financial forecasts reflect:

  • Exponential revenue growth, increasing more than 100-fold between 2025 and 2029.
  • A solid gross margin that will quickly stabilize at nearly 50% in year 3, in line with premium sector standards.
  • Break-even point reached in 2028, with positive EBITDA from the third full year of operation.
  • Profitability reinforced by economies of scale, with EBITDA expected to exceed 12% of revenue by 2029.

Use of funds

The use of funds raised via Spreds is evenly distributed to support this growth:

  • 45% for production and development (securing stocks, optimizing packaging, increasing volume).

  • 35% for marketing and sales (digital activation, e-commerce acquisition, point-of-sale support).

  • 20% for working capital and cash flow security.

In short, every euro invested will have a direct leverage effect on the brand's expansion, whether through increased production volumes, greater consumer visibility, or a stronger presence in distribution networks.

Our plan demonstrates that JUZU is built on solid foundations: proven traction, attractive margins, and a highly scalable model capable of generating profitable growth in a rapidly changing market.

Why invest now?

The beverage market is undergoing major changes: functional sodas are shaking up the industry, and collagen is rapidly gaining popularity in Europe. JUZU, the first collagen soda in Belgium and Europe, has already proven its traction with national distribution in just a few months. The brand is at a turning point: now is the time to significantly accelerate its growth.

Key reasons to invest today:

  • Perfect timing → the European market for functional beverages (+39% by 2029) and collagen (+100% by 2030) is booming but still under-exploited.

  • First-mover advantage → JUZU is one of the first collagen sodas in Europe, with proven traction (Carrefour, 200+ points of sale).

  • Immediate expansion → two new flavors (Peach-Jasmine and Orange-Yuzu-Ginger) are ready to strengthen the range.

  • International interest → strong early signals in France (Leclerc), proof of export potential.

  • Direct leverage → every euro raised via Spreds will be invested in production, marketing, and distribution to transform this traction into profitable growth.

By investing now, you are joining JUZU at a time when its model has been validated but is still in the early stages of expansion, maximizing the potential for value creation.
