Emmanuel, 48, father of 4 boys, is a former member of the Executive Committee of Bristol Myers Squibb, that he left in 2017 as Chief Strategy Officer, after 20 years of service leading different country and regional operations in Europe, Asia and America. He recently created Tech Care for All, a social impact company whose goal is to accelerate digital health in Africa and Asia as key enabler to improve health outcomes in underserved communities. Emmanuel wants to bridge digital health innovation happening the in US, Europe, Africa and Asia with the numerous unmet healthcare needs of Africa and Asia

Pam Bolton is a global health expert specialized in multi-sector partnerships for social good. A lifelong champion for the rights of women and children, she has built a polyvalent career bringing non-profits and private sector players together in shared purpose.

Hima KHER

CTO

As Chief Technology Officer, Hima leads licensing, development and execution of all technical aspects of TC4A. She brings over 18 years of IT, business development, technical project management and strategy experience to this position.
Over the past five years Hima has established a strong network in the digital health ecosystem across incubators, start-ups, venture and established technology players.

Marc DELAVARENNE

Project Manager in charge of Marketing, Marc recently joined Tech Care for All after 18 years in the pharmaceutical industry. Graduated from a business school, Marc has accumulated different experiences in sales or marketing in France and internationally. In his most recent position at Bristol-Myers Squibb, Marc was in charge of the customer experience for the group, which allowed him to acquire a strong expertise in cultural transformation and collaborative innovation.

Sandrine POGNON

CFO

Sandrine graduated from a French business school in Bordeaux. After five years of legal auditing she joined the company world as finance manager and then CFO.
For 20 years she worked in small to medium European companies, in different capacities from distribution to services . Recently she was in charge of Finance for a consulting and training firm in a post LBO context with specific cash flow requirements.
