Expected capital increase
The capital increase in which Spreds Finance will participate is part of a wider financing of HERONTRACK BVBA/SPRL between EUR 150,000 and EUR 300,000. This funding will be allocated as follows:
- Spreds Finance will subscribe to a minimum of 50,000 EUR and a maximum of 150,000 EUR on the basis of the results of the issue of the Notes;
- A minimum of 50,000 EUR and a maximum of EUR 250,000 will be invested by other investors, i.e. business angels for example.
- Spreds Finance will subscribe to a minimum of 50,000 EUR and a maximum of 150,000 EUR on the basis of the results of the issue of the Notes;
- A minimum of 50,000 EUR and a maximum of EUR 250,000 will be invested by other investors, i.e. business angels for example.
The value of the company before this capital increase is currently estimated at a maximum of EUR 1,000,000.
Following this capital increase, the value of the company will be between 1,150,000 EUR and 1,300,000 EUR, or 1,000,000 EUR before the capital, increased by 150,000 EUR to 300,000 EUR or the new sums brought.
The table below shows the percentages of the capital held by the Spreds Finance - Herontrack compartment based on the results of the issuing of Notes (minimum 50,000 EUR and maximum 150,000 EUR), as well as the minimum and maximum amounts contributed by other investors (i.e. a minimum of 50,000 EUR and a maximum of 250,000 EUR ).
Following this capital increase, the value of the company will be between 1,150,000 EUR and 1,300,000 EUR, or 1,000,000 EUR before the capital, increased by 150,000 EUR to 300,000 EUR or the new sums brought.
