What will be the exit strategy for investors in this round and can you provide an estimated timetable for that?

It is our intention to buy out the Spreds investors in a time frame between 3 to 5 years depending the sales evolution. Nevertheless in case of an acquisition this can be earlier. But there is no defined exit strategy today.
