From Prototype to Scalable Platform

10 to the 13th Power is developing NUL (Neuro Universal Language), an AI-powered communication platform designed to help users understand facial expressions, ambiguity, tone and intent in real time.

The company is currently transitioning from product development and validation towards commercial deployment. The objective of this funding round is to finalize the product, validate real-world usage and prepare the first commercial roll-out.

All financial projections are based on conservative adoption assumptions and reflect the gradual deployment of the platform rather than its full market potential.

Business Model

NUL operates a software-first, subscription-based model, with optional hardware integration.

Core Revenue Streams

B2C Subscription
€59/month per user

B2B Subscription
€41.3/user/month

Target customers include:
  • Schools and universities
  • Psychologists and therapists
  • Healthcare institutions
  • Neurodiversity support organisations
  • Employers and workplace inclusion programs

Future Revenue Streams
  • Enterprise licensing (SDK/API)
  • AR glasses leasing and hardware partnerships
  • Platform integrations
  • Cognitive context infrastructure licensing

The company intentionally focuses on a paid subscription model rather than a freemium strategy, aiming to maximise retention, engagement and perceived value.

Growth Roadmap

Phase 1 – Validation (2026–2027)
  • Product refinement
  • Pilot users
  • Real-world testing
  • Initial data collection

Phase 2 – Early Scale (2027–2028)
  • Commercial subscriptions launched
  • First institutional customers
  • Expansion within neurodivergent communities
  • B2B pilots in education and healthcare

Phase 3 – Expansion (2028+)
  • International deployment
  • Workplace communication applications
  • Enterprise integrations
  • Broader consumer adoption

Break-Even Analysis

NUL expects to reach operational break-even once a stable recurring subscription base has been established.

The business benefits from strong operating leverage:

  • recurring subscription revenues;
  • low marginal cost per additional user;
  • software-driven scalability;
  • increasing value of proprietary datasets over time.

As the platform scales, revenue growth is expected to outpace cost growth, creating the potential for expanding margins and positive cash generation.

Scorecard

The Scorecard is a tool designed to help investors make more informed decisions when considering investments in start-up companies. It provides an overview of a company's current situation. Developed by Spreds, it offers an objective score based on a defined set of key factors, often identified by academic research as indicators of a start-up's potential for success. The documents provided by the project owner were received by Spreds and made available to (potential) investors. The content of these documents was not analyzed by Spreds nor Spreds Finance.
