As for the biggest part of TwinnTax's revenues will come from cross sales, it will target freemium users, offering them a basic trustful package.

1) FAST: TwinnTax substantially reduces the length of your tax return by selecting only the sections that apply to users. It takes around 15 minutes to complete the Belgian form. The next year, it keeps tracks of values and the overall process will only take a few minutes.
2) EASY: TwinnTax guides users through every step by providing clear explanations and examples. Users do not need to know anything about accountancy.
3) SMART: TwinnTax analyses tax returns directly in the app and provides professional advice in order to optimise choices. It offers personalised analytics, helping people to discover their tax reduction opportunities.
