Before the capital increase, the entrepreneurs and employees of opinum own 100% of the shares of the company.

The table presented below presents the situation as of 20 October 2015, after the investment of three business angles and after the approval of investment of Inventures, Sambrinvest Spin-off/Spin-out SA and SRIW Environnement in opinum for a total amount of EUR 495,505. All external investors will own shares of B-category.

The share price has been fixed at EUR 1,00 per share.

MyMicroInvest Finance will be able to buy shares of the Co-Investor "Inventures" on the occasion of the current capital increase. The transferred shares will be of the B-category.

The valuation at which the share transfer will be executed has been fixed at EUR 1.280.000, which is the pre-money valuation before the current capital increase.

The share transfer will be executed at a share price of EUR 1,00.

The table below presents the shareholder structure of the company after the share transfer of B-shares from the Co-Investor "Inventures" to MyMicroInvest Finance under the following hypothesis:

- MyMicroInvest Finance acquires shares for the minimum amount of EUR 44.000.

The shareholder agreement between opinum and the professional investors Inventures, Sambrinvest Spin-off/Spin-out SA and SRIW Environnement foresees a second capital increase, with the emission of 375.000 shares of the B-category, which will increase the number of outstanding shares to 1.280.000 A-shares and 870.505 B-shares. The shares of the second capital increase will have a subscription price of EUR 1,00 per share. The second capital increase is subject to conditions.

The table below presents the percentages of ownership of the MyMicroInvest Finance opinum Account in function of the result of the Notes' emission (EUR 44.000 minimum and EUR 87.912 maximum).
