How do I change my bank account?
Your bank account is used for all reimbursements, including reimbursing loans, paying out investment proceeds, or when your Tracer invests in a new opportunity.
You can change your bank account at any time through your Spreds profile. Here's how:
1. Log into your Spreds account.
2. In the top-right corner, click on your name and select “Portfolio” from the dropdown menu.
3. Next to the investor profile you wish to update, click the “Edit” button.
4. Scroll down to the “Bank account” section. Enter your new IBAN and BIC. Remember, this must be a SEPA account in Euros. At the bottom of the page, confirm the change by entering your password and then clicking “Save”.
Your new bank account will now be used for all future transactions.
