Who manages the Tax Shelter administration?

Tax Shelter eligibility for each opportunity is validated by Spreds based on a series of representations and warranties provided by the project owner.

Tax Shelter attestations are issued by Spreds Finance every year during the 4 years following each investment. These attestations can be downloaded on the investor’s Spreds online profile (section: portfolio).

Spreds Finance will also issue special attestations in case of sale of the underlying shares.
