Antoine is CEO and co-founder of BALAO. He has a passion for entrepreneurship, holds a master's degree in management engineering, and has five years of experience as a financial consultant and business analyst in the banking sector.

As the initiator of the project, he oversees the overall management, strategy, and general vision of the company. On a daily basis, he focuses on commercial development and entering into strategic partnerships with professional football clubs and prestigious sports partners.

Antoine has a strong entrepreneurial spirit and combines analytical precision, creativity, and leadership to grow the brand and realize its long-term vision.

Arthur Gossart

Co-founder

Arthur is the brand's co-founder and CMO/COO. He is responsible for the overall marketing strategy, as well as logistics and operational management, overseeing relations with the manufacturer in Portugal.

An entrepreneur at heart, Arthur founded his own digital marketing agency before BALAO and has worked with major brands such as Leonidas, Orange, and other renowned clients.

An expert in growth marketing, branding, e-commerce, and customer acquisition, he excels in the art of targeting the right customers and designing strategic campaigns that generate sustainable and measurable growth for the brand.
