At present, the capital of Nyala Coffee BVBA/SPRL amounts to EUR 51,000. It is represented by 100 shares.
The capital increase in which Spreds Finance will participate is part of a broader financing of Nyala Coffee BVBA/SPRL which is planned to amount to between EUR 100,000 and EUR 313,000.
The financing can be broken down as follows :
- Between minimum EUR 50,000 and EUR 250,000 (depending on the result of the issue of the Notes) will be contributed by Spreds Finance to a capital increase between EUR 100,000 and EUR 313,000 against a pre-money valuation of EUR 2,000,000.
- EUR 50,000 will be invested by other investors (e.g. business angels, ...) at a pre-money valuation of EUR 2,000,000.
Prior to the Capital Increase, Nyala Coffee BVBA/SPRL was valued at EUR 2,000,000. The value of Nyala Coffee BVBA/SPRL after the Capital Increase can be estimated between EUR 2,100,000 and EUR 2,313,000, i.e. the pre-money valuation of Nyala Coffee BVBA/SPRL increased by the amount of EUR 100,000 to EUR 313,000 contributed to this Capital Increase.
