Frédéric Charlot

Founder

Fred holds a master’s degree in labor sciences, with a specialization in project management and development. An entrepreneur since 2002 and a former business start-up consultant, he combines solid hands-on experience with strategic vision.

Passionate about real estate, he has developed some fifty lofts. Recognized for his problem-solving skills, creativity, and vision, he stands out for his structured, methodical, and cross-functional approach, which allows him to manage both the launch and management phases. Driven by a desire to take on a new challenge, he has designed an innovative model aimed at democratizing access to homeownership while streamlining the sale of certain properties: through playfunding, where user engagement is rewarded.
At Winimo, Fred oversees the financial, legal, and operational aspects of the project, as well as its development. He relies on a robust ecosystem comprising a notary, a bailiff, strategic advisors, and a team of developers, while delegating communications and structuring a digital acquisition strategy with external expertise.

Etienne, CEO of A314LAB, serves as head of production for his team of five employees, who are working on the development of the Winimo web platform. He also advises us on our overall development strategy.

Jezabel Kocabas

As CEO of Periskop, web specialist Jezabel is tasked with revamping the visual identity, design, and user experience, as well as establishing best practices for the Winimo website. The goal is to optimize the management of digital marketing campaigns through Décortik, a division of Periskop, in order to develop a high-performing acquisition strategy.
