To date, the capital of FULLUP SPRL/BVBA amounts to EUR 143,600. It is represented by 1,250 shares.This capital increase at which Spreds Finance will participate with other investors is part of a broader financing of FULLUP SPRL/BVBA planned between EUR 150,000 and EUR 300,000.
This funding can be divided as follows:
- Between EUR 50,000 and EUR 125,000 (according to the results of the issue of the Notes of the FullUp Compartment) will be invested by Spreds Finance in a capital increase of EUR 150,000 and EUR 300,000 at a premoney valuation of EUR 2,200,000.
- Between EUR 50,000 and EUR 250,000 will be injected by other investors at a premoney valuation of EUR 2,200,000.
Prior to the Capital Increase, FULLUP SPRL/BVBA is valued at EUR 2,200,000. The value of FULLUP SPRL/BVBA after the Capital Increase can be estimated between EUR 2,350,000 and EUR 2,500,000, which represents the premoney valuation of FULLUP SPRL plus the amount injected in this Capital Increase, ie between EUR 150,000 and EUR 300,000.
