What is the Key investment information sheet?
The KIIS is a document of maximum 6 pages (annex containing information about investor rights not included) providing information about the project, the investment in Notes, the underlying asset and the risks associated with the investment. It will always be made available to investors (downloadable as well) when an offer is presented.
Spreds ensures that your crowdfunding campaign is regulatory valid. Through the preparation of the campaign, entrepreneurs will be accompanied by the Spreds team to fill out the “Key investment information sheet”. Even though Spreds provides extensive support in this redaction and does a certain number of controls, its contents (and translations) will be solely under the responsibility of the entrepreneur.
Spreds will also give entrepreneurs the guidelines to properly draft their marketing material destined to potential investors.
