The municipality of Etterbeek is one of the 19 municipalities of the Brussels-Capital Region, located in its southeast. Etterbeek is home to 50% foreign nationals, of whom nearly 3/4 are of European nationality.
Les Marronniers - Les Carrefours Project
The project meets the municipality's ambition to reduce direct greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by 55% by 2030, and to achieve carbon neutrality by 2050. In this context, the “public buildings” pillar, which involves improving the energy performance of existing infrastructures within the commune or constructing new buildings with a low environmental impact, is essential.
The roof renovation project of the "Les Marronniers - Les Carrefours School Complex" is an integral part of this ambition, involving exemplary transformations in terms of sustainability and energy performance. Technical installations play a crucial role in this context, notably with the future integration of photovoltaic panels.
