Planned capital increase
The current capital of AUGIAS CORP. amounts to EUR 18,600. It is represented by 100 shares.
The capital increase in which Spreds Finance will participate fits in with a broader financing of AUGIAS CORP. that, according to plan, will amount to between EUR 350,000 and EUR 500,000.
The financing can be broken down as follows:
- Between EUR 50,000 and EUR 200,000 (depending on the result of the issuance of the Notes) will be contributed by Spreds Finance in a capital increase between EUR 350,000 and EUR 500,000 at a pre-money valuation of EUR 1,250,000.
- Between 300,000 EUR and 450,000 EUR will be contributed by other investors (business angels, ...) against a pre-money value of 1,250,000 EUR. 300,000 EUR have already been committed by 3 investors.
Before the Capital Increase, AUGIAS CORP. BVBA/SPRL is valued at EUR 1,250,000.The value of AUGIAS CORP. BVBA/SPRL after the Capital Increase can be estimated between 1,600,000 EUR and 1,750,000, i.e. the pre-money situation of AUGIAS CORP. BVBA/SPRL increased by the amount of EUR 350,000 to EUR 500,000 contributed to the Capital Increase.
