Revenue drivers


1. Monthly subscription


As we made our application with a freemium model, our first revenue comes from monthly subscription.


2. Digital Marketplace


We have built a online marketplace where providers can give better offers to our clients. (telecom-energy-insurance-...). There is a fee per conversion.

3. Advertisement


Because we work with a freemium model, we give to the free users from time to time advertisement.

Cost drivers


Staff


Our team exists of 3 in house developers and several specialists. Because we still are in the MVP (minimum viable product phase) of our product we still need a lot of extra code to create a perfect product.

Acquisition of subscribers


In the businessplan we made an analysis of what budget to reach for customers. In our beta testing we generated 2000 customers with only 1,26 euro/acq. (CAC) In the next years, we think that we at least need +4 euro to reach for paying customers.
