IMMO IQ will be incorporated as a BV/SRL at the moment of the Capital Increase.The capital increase in which Spreds Finance will participate with other investors fits into a broader financing of IMMO IQ planned to be between €100,000 and €180,000.
This financing can be broken down as follows:
- Between minimum €50,000 and €125,000 (depending on the result of the issue of the Notes) shall be contributed by Spreds Finance.
- Between €50,000 and 55,000 shall be contributed by other investors (e.g. business angels, …).
Prior to the Capital Increase, IMMO IQ has been valued at €375,000. The value of IMMO IQ following the Capital Increase can be estimated between €475,000 and €555,000, i.e. the pre-money valuation of IMMO IQ increased by an amount between €100,000 and €180,000 contributed in the Capital Increase.
