The capital increase to which Spreds Finance will participate is part of a wider financing of James Lind SA of between 150,000 EUR and 301,000 EUR. This fundraising will be allocated as follows:

- Between minimum 25,000 EUR and maximum 150,000 EUR will be subscribed by Spreds Finance based on the results of the issuing Notes ;

- A minimum of 50,000 EUR and a maximum of 276,000 EUR will be invested by other investors, e.g. business angels or a fund.

The value of the company before this increase in capital is presently estimated to be a maximum of 170,574 EUR. Following this increase in capital, the value of the company will be between 320,574 EUR and 471,574 EUR, meaning an estimated valuation of 170,574 EUR before the increase of capital plus between 150,000 EUR and 301,000 EUR of new money brought in.

The table below presents the percentages of the capital held by the Homi Food account of Spreds Finance depending on the results of the Notes issue (i.e., a minimum of 25,000 EUR and maximum of 150,000 EUR) and the amount contributed by the other investors (i.e., a minimum of 50,000 EUR and maximum of 276,000 EUR).

So far, the EUR 395,000 (excluding interest expenses) convertible loans have been granted.
