At present, the capital of O'live SPRL/BVBA amounts to €100,000. It is represented by 1000 shares.
The capital increase in which Spreds Finance will participate fits into a broader financing of O'live planned to be between €100,000 and €350,000. This financing can be broken down as follows:
- Between €50,000 and €200,000 (depending on the result of the issue of the Notes) shall be contributed by Spreds Finance in a capital increase at a pre-money valuation of €1,089,694.67.
- Between €50,000 and €300,000 shall be contributed by other investors (e.g. business angels, …) at a pre-money valuation of €1,089,694.67.
Prior to the Capital Increase, O'live has been valued at €1,089,694.67. The value of O'live following the Capital Increase can be estimated between €1,189,694.67 and €1,439,694.67 i.e. the pre-money valuation of O'live increased by an amount between €100,000 and €350,000 contributed in the Capital Increase.
